Bio

School House is a folk-pop band from Ottawa. After moving in together, the three friends discovered that their new home was in fact a 100+ year old school house — inspiring the name. The building has become the inspirational epicentre of their music as they write and record everything within its four walls. Their live shows combine upbeat, catchy singalongs with nostalgic & emotive folk tunes to bring a wise, yet youthful perspective to the Canadian folk music scene. Releasing their debut album in 2023; the band has amassed over 100k online streams.
